Cash Reconciler
The Cash Reconciler position at DHL Ethiopia is ideal for individuals with a strong background in accounting and finance. Candidates must hold a BA degree in accounting and finance and have at least two years of experience in the field. Experience in collection management and fluency in written and spoken English are essential for this role. As part of the Accounts Receivable (AR) team, the Cash Reconciler will focus on managing cash accounts, including agents and International Retail Outlets (IROs).
Key responsibilities include following up on collections from agents and IROs, processing collections on CAA and CAP systems, and managing commissions payable to agents and IROs. The Cash Reconciler will also handle the fiscalization and printing of locally required invoices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
PTP Administrator
The PTP Administrator role at DHL Ethiopia is designed for individuals with 2-4 years of experience in accounting or related fields. A university degree in accounting is required, along with a thorough understanding of invoice processing, payment settlements, and query resolution. The PTP Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring that DHL’s suppliers are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Responsibilities include verifying the completeness and authorization of invoices, processing supplier payments, and resolving invoice discrepancies. The PTP Administrator will also monitor creditor aging analysis, perform monthly supplier reconciliations, and manage petty cash reimbursements. Additional duties include vendor onboarding, maintaining the vendor database, and ensuring compliance with procurement and accounting policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
