Available Positions at Zemen Insurance

Zemen Insurance is hiring for multiple roles across various departments. One of the key positions is that of Underwriting Officer-II. Applicants should hold a BA/BSc, MA/MSC, or MBA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of four years of relevant experience, including at least one year as an officer I in the insurance sector, is required. This position will be based in Addis Ababa, and the successful candidate will be responsible for handling underwriting processes, ensuring that the company’s policies are in line with industry standards.

In addition, the company is seeking a Purchaser Officer-II, requiring at least four years of experience in procurement, supplies management, or a related field. Candidates should have a BA degree in Supplies Management, Accounting, or Procurement Management. This role will also be based in Addis Ababa, where the Purchaser Officer will manage the purchasing processes, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.

Another crucial role at Zemen Insurance is for the Senior Claim Officer. Applicants for this position should have at least five years of work experience, with at least one year as a Claim Officer II.
