Security Guard
This critical position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for Zemen Bank’s customers, employees, and assets. The Security Guard will diligently protect the bank’s property and funds from accidents, theft, and robbery by diligently carrying out inspection duties and ensuring that unauthorized items do not enter the bank or its surrounding areas. They will also verify that assets are not removed without proper authorization and escort cash transportation vehicles, all while adhering to the security protocols and instructions provided by the head of the security department.
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of Grade 10 is the minimum educational requirement.
- Gender: Male
- Age: 25-40
Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, accompanied by a Military/Police Training Certificate, is required. This experience demonstrates a fundamental understanding of security protocols and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must be in healthy mental and physical condition, capable of performing the duties required of the position.
- The ability to serve customers professionally and courteously is also essential.
- Applicants must be free from any form of addiction.
Specific Responsibilities:
This role entails safeguarding Zemen Bank’s property and monetary assets. It requires protecting the bank’s customers and employees from potential harm, including accidents, theft, and robbery. Duties include conducting vigilant inspection work by maintaining a presence in designated areas. Further responsibilities include preventing unauthorized items from entering the bank premises and its surroundings. Ensuring the secure transfer of bank assets by preventing their removal without proper permission and authorization is also paramount. When required, the position necessitates escorting the bank’s cash transportation vehicles to ensure their safe passage. Furthermore, proper usage of provided work tools, uniforms, and other materials in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the security department head is mandatory.
