Banking Business Officer I
ZamZam Bank S.C. is seeking diligent and customer-oriented Banking Business Officer I professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields, along with one year of banking operation experience. This entry-level role provides an opportunity to learn and grow within the banking industry while contributing to the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Key competencies for this position include sales and marketing skills, a strong focus on customer experience, knowledge of IFB (Interest-Free Banking) products, and problem identification and solution abilities. Knowledge of the local language spoken in the assigned location is advantageous, as is a general understanding of IFB principles. Senior Banking Business Officer

Familiarity with the local language is advantageous, as is a comprehensive understanding of IFB principles. Branch Manager
ZamZam Bank S.C. requires highly skilled and experienced Branch Managers to lead and oversee branch operations. Applicants should possess a BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields, with five years of banking operation experience, including two years as a Senior Officer/Customer Service Manager or equivalent role in a branch banking area. This leadership position requires strong management skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Critical competencies include branch management expertise, the ability to build high-performance teams, strong commitment and time management skills, effective problem-solving abilities, coaching and mentoring capabilities, a strong understanding of internal control procedures, effective communication skills, sales and marketing proficiency, and strong negotiation skills. Knowledge of core banking applications and the local language is advantageous, as is a deep understanding of IFB principles. This position is available in Dodola, Bonga, Kombolcha, Chagni, Bulehora, Asasa, Adama, Jimma, and Addis Ababa.
