1. Senior Risk Management Officer
As a Senior Risk Management Officer, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact ZamZam Bank’s financial health and operational stability. Candidates for this position must possess a Master’s Degree or a BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other related fields, alongside 3 to 5 years of relevant banking experience. This experience should include at least two years in a risk management role. A background in Islamic finance or knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) principles is advantageous for this position.

2. Risk Management Officer

Ideal candidates should hold a BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields and have at least four years of banking experience, with at least two years as a Junior Risk Management Officer. Knowledge of IFB principles is also an asset for this role.

3. Branch Manager (Mekelle Branch)

This role requires a BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields, along with five years of banking operation experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years in a senior officer or customer service management role in a branch setting.
Key competencies for this position include branch management, team leadership, commitment, time management, problem-solving, coaching, internal control, effective communication, and proficiency in sales and marketing. Additional skills such as negotiation and a strong understanding of core banking applications are essential. Proficiency in the local language is also beneficial for candidates applying to the Mekelle branch.
