Manager, Internal Audit
The Manager, Internal Audit will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of ZamZam Bank’s operations. This position requires a master’s or bachelor’s degree in economics, management, accounting, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in a senior officer or team leader role within internal audit. Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) principles is advantageous. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing internal audit processes, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role is based at the Bank’s Head Office in Addis Ababa.
Manager, Financing Follow Up & Portfolio Management
As the Manager, Financing Follow Up & Portfolio Management, you will oversee the Bank’s credit portfolio, ensuring effective follow-up and management of financing activities. This position requires a master’s or bachelor’s degree in economics, management, accounting, or a related field, along with 8 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in a senior officer or team leader role within credit management. Knowledge of IFB principles is advantageous.
