Below are all the positions with requirments, duties and deadlines to apply for.
Interest-Free Microfinance Business – Senior Officer (5 Positions)
This position requires a BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related fields. Candidates must have 3+ years experience related to interest-free banking in microfinance or banking positions.
Branch Accountant – I (6 Positions)
Applicants should have a BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Work experience for two years is required, and it is preferable to have one year of banking or microfinance work experience.
Auditor (5 Positions)
You should have a BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Previous work experience of two years is required, and one year of experience in the banking or microfinance sector is a plus.
Senior Auditor (3 Positions)
Candidates should hold a BA Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields. In addition, 3 years of related experience is needed to perform in this position.
Branch Manager – I (1 Position)
For this role, you must have a BA Degree in Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Business Management, or related fields. Also 4 years of experience in related positions in Microfinance is needed, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
Customer Relationship Manager – I (10 Positions)
To perform this role efficiently, you must have a BA or MA Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing Management, or a related field. As well as four years of experience in microfinance roles. Having one year of experience in a supervisory role is an advantage.
Secretary (3 Positions)
Having a BA Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields is required. Applicants need to have 2+ years of secretarial experience.
Executive Assistant to the CEO (1 Position)
You should have a BA or MA Degree in Economics, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Management or related fields. Prior work of 8-10 years in microfinance is a must, plus 5 years in a managerial position.
Senior Accountant (10 Positions)
You must have a BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. In addition, you will need 3 years of related work experience.
Marketing & Business Development Department Manager (1 Position)
An MA or BA degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields is crucial. Having 5-7 years of experience in microfinance roles is crucial, with 3 of those years in a managerial position.
Talent Management & Development Department Manager (1 Position)
Holding a BA or MA degree in Business Management, HRM, Management, or related fields is needed. Plus, you must have 5-7 years of HRM experience in microfinance, with 3 of those years in managerial positions.
Deputy Chief Credit Officer (1 Position)
This role requires a BA or MA degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields. It is also necessary to have 8-10 years of work experience in the banking/microfinance sectors, with 5 years in a managerial position.
