Position 1: Manager, Payment Business
This role is vital for driving the growth and success of Wegagen Bank’s digital banking initiatives. As Manager, Payment Business, you will be responsible for maximizing the acquisition and retention of digital-banking customers through the expansion of various digital channels, including ATMs and POS systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring service delivery meets the required standards, thereby contributing to the achievement of the Bank’s business objectives. This requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the digital banking landscape. You also need to be well-informed on relevant service standards in the banking industry.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to expand our digital channels, managing relationships with key partners, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of our digital channels, as well as providing training and support to staff on digital banking products and services. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about digital innovation, customer-centric, and results-oriented. The applicant must also have excellent project management and communication skills.
Job Requirement:
Masters /Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Management, Banking, Business Administration or related fields, with 6/8 years of experience of which 2 years should be at Principal or Supervisor level.

Position 2: Chief, Trading Officer
This leadership role is critical for developing and implementing effective trading strategies that maximize profitability while managing risk across various financial instruments. As Chief Trading Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing client acquisition and relationship management, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and leading a high-performance team of traders. This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in trading and risk management. You will also be responsible for optimizing trading technology and driving business development efforts to achieve revenue targets and enhance client engagement.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing trading strategies across various asset classes, managing risk exposure, monitoring market trends, building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading and developing a team of traders. You will also be responsible for optimizing the use of trading technology and driving business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets. We are seeking individuals who are highly analytical, results-oriented, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. Proven certification from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) is a must
Qualifications and Experience:
A Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification, especially from CISI is Mandatory while CFA and FRM are highly desirable. Minimum of 10 years of experience in trading or investment banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in developing and executing trading strategies and managing risk in financial markets. Experience with specific trading platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters Eikon, and proprietary trading systems like FlexTrade, Eze Software, or Trading Technologies is required
