Sales Agent (Contract) Position at Wegagen Bank
Wegagen Bank is currently recruiting Sales Agents on a contract basis to promote and sell a wide range of the bank’s products and services to both new and existing customers. This role requires individuals who are passionate about sales and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
The job purpose is to promote and sell a wide range of the bank’s products and services to both new and existing customers to increase customer adoption of banking services. Sales Agents will be working to increase banking activities through product sales and outreach.
Qualification and Requirements
To be considered for the Sales Agent position, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Completion of 12th grade in 2023 or 2024, with zero years of prior work experience. Candidates must be above 18 years of age and below 22 years of age.
Applicants must also possess good communication skills and be a team player with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach. Having additional language skills besides Amharic and English is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for the Sales Agent position will be as per the banks salary scale, and deemed to be attractive for recent graduates.
Location
The Sales Agent positions are located in Addis Ababa.
