Currently, United Beverages is seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals for two key positions: Area Sales Manager and Sales Executive. These roles provide the opportunity to contribute to the company’s success while working in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Area Sales Manager

United Beverages is hiring experienced Area Sales Managers to oversee sales operations in Moyale and Yebelo. This role involves increasing sales volume and other key performance indicators within the assigned area. The selected candidates will be responsible for implementing district sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the company maintains a competitive market presence.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will monitor the performance of sales representatives, foster strong relationships with key clients, and actively identify market trends. Your leadership skills will play a critical role in motivating and guiding the sales team to achieve sustainable growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient distribution of products and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, with at least five years of experience in a sales position. Strong decision-making, negotiation, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Sales Executive

The position of Sales Executive is open in several locations, including Jinka, Moyale, Yabelo, Bule Hora, and Konso. Sales Executives will focus on increasing sales volume and enhancing customer relationships within their designated areas. This role requires high visibility in the market, daily customer visits, and active participation in promotional activities to achieve growth targets.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of promotional campaigns, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and adhering to daily and monthly journey plans. The role demands consistent engagement with customers, early morning deliveries, and the ability to meet and exceed set sales targets.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. For BA holders, a minimum of two years of experience is required, while diploma holders must have at least five years of relevant experience. Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships.
