Position 1: Senior Follow up Officer [Head Office]
This position is responsible for monitoring and tracking loan portfolios, ensuring timely repayment and compliance with loan agreements.
Required Education and Experience for Senior Follow up Officer
Candidates must possess a BA degree in Management, Business Administration, or Law (LLB). A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Follow-up Officer II or equivalent, or 6 years of relevant experience in the banking industry is required. The place of work is the Head Office.
Position 2: Assistant Company Secretary [Division Manager level at Head Office]
This role is responsible for providing support to the Company Secretary, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and assisting with corporate governance matters.
Required Education and Experience for Assistant Company Secretary
Candidates must possess a Master’s (MA/LLM) or Bachelor’s (BA/LLB) degree in Management, Business Administration, or Law. For MA/LLM holders, 2 years of experience as an Assistant Company Secretary (at the capacity of Section Head) or equivalent, or 7 years of relevant experience in the banking industry is required. For BA/LLB holders, 3 years of experience as an Assistant Company Secretary (at the capacity of Section Head) or 11 years of relevant experience in the banking industry is required.
