Position 1: Manager, Internal Audit and Inspection Division (Re-advertised)

This key leadership role requires a seasoned professional to oversee and manage the internal audit and inspection functions of Tsehay Insurance S.C. As Manager, Internal Audit and Inspection Division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing audit plans, conducting internal audits, identifying and assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Your duties also include providing recommendations for improving internal controls and risk management practices, as well as monitoring the implementation of corrective actions. This position requires a strong understanding of auditing principles, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Auditing /related Field

Work Experience: 7 years’ experience in insurance out of which 3 years in senior positions

Position 2: Auditor II

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional to gain experience in the insurance industry. This position requires a strong understanding of insurance products and services, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage a team effectively. Knowledge of the Afar region and culture will be advantageous.
