Position: Customer Service Officer

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and handling various customer inquiries and transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing a positive and efficient service experience. Qualification and Experience Requirements

To be considered for the position of Customer Service Officer, candidates must possess a BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in one of the following fields: Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer is also required.
