Experience in NGO settings and agricultural research is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of soil health practices, including experience with vermicomposting, composting, and lime application, and should be familiar with integrating these practices into local agricultural systems.

Strong competencies in participatory approaches and facilitating multi-stakeholder engagement are essential for this position. Candidates must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.
