Procurement Department Supervisor
The Procurement Department Supervisor plays a key role in managing procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. This position requires a highly organized professional with expertise in supply chain management and vendor negotiations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for forecasting procurement needs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. A strong understanding of budget planning and cost control is essential for this role. The Procurement Supervisor will also oversee supplier evaluations, compliance audits, and risk management strategies to ensure the company maintains high-quality standards in its operations.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration and a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, including at least two to three years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills are required, as well as proficiency in contract negotiation, procurement strategy development, and supplier management.
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve the efficiency of Silver Spring Production’s daily operations. This is a leadership role that requires experience in business administration, project management, and operational strategy development.
This position will focus on process improvement, resource allocation, and performance management to ensure the smooth operation of the company. The selected candidate will work closely with department heads, including Finance, HR, Sales, and IT, to align operational goals with the company’s long-term business strategy. Managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing process automation solutions will also be key responsibilities.
To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, with at least eight years of experience in operations management for a Bachelor’s holder or six years for a Master’s holder. Strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and experience in budget planning and performance optimization are essential.
Electrician
Silver Spring Production is also looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to manage installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within the company’s facilities. This position requires an individual who is proficient in electrical engineering, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
The Electrician will be responsible for assembling, testing, and installing electrical appliances, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and troubleshooting system failures. Candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least five years of experience in electrical work.
