Branch Manager
Siinqee Bank is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to serve as Branch Manager in its Mizan, Tepi, and Aba Buna branches. Applicants must hold an MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have four to five years of general work experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role such as Customer Service Manager I, Manager Banking Operation Management I, or Senior CSO Cash II in the banking industry.
The position is permanent after the probationary period, and the salary will be based on the bank’s scale. As a Grade XI role, this position offers a dynamic environment for candidates to lead and drive branch-level operations while contributing to the overall goals of Siinqee Bank.
Manager, Banking Operation Management I
The Manager, Banking Operation Management I role is open at the Mizan and Tepi branches. Qualified applicants must have an MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields. Candidates must possess three to four years of general work experience, with at least one year of experience in a similar position such as Senior Internal Controller I or SCSO Cash I in the banking sector.
This position is also permanent after the probationary period, with a salary aligned to the bank’s scale.
