Position 1: Manager, Issue Account
Siinqee Bank is looking for a qualified and experienced Manager for its Issue Account department. The ideal candidate will have an MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additionally, the candidate must have 8 to 9 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager-II, Team Leader Issue Account, or in a similar role within the banking industry. The successful applicant will be expected to manage and oversee the activities of the Issue Account department, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
This position is permanent after the completion of the probation period. The Manager of Issue Account will play a crucial role in the Bank’s commitment to providing seamless banking services. The job requires a high level of attention to detail, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of banking operations. The position is based at the Bank’s Head Office, where the selected candidate will work closely with other department heads and management to implement strategic initiatives and ensure the smooth operation of the Bank’s issue account functions.
Position 2: Manager, Banking Business
Siinqee Bank is also seeking a qualified Manager for its Banking Business division. This role requires an MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 7 to 8 years of relevant work experience. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position, such as a Branch Manager-I or Senior Banking Operation Officer-II.
The Manager, Banking Business, will oversee the Bank’s business operations, ensuring the efficient management of banking services and customer relationships. The role involves working with branch managers, senior banking officers, and other staff to enhance customer satisfaction and meet the Bank’s growth objectives. The Manager will be responsible for business development, managing banking products, and ensuring the implementation of key strategies aimed at improving service delivery. This is a permanent position, located in the Artist All Bira, Sebeta, and Finfinne branches.
Position 3: Manager, Banking Operations
The Manager, Banking Operations position is also open at Siinqee Bank, and the Bank is looking for a candidate with the necessary qualifications and experience. Applicants must hold an MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or a related field. A minimum of 7 to 8 years of relevant work experience is required, including at least 2 years as a Branch Manager-I or Senior Banking Operations Officer-II in the banking industry.
In this role, the successful candidate will manage the daily operations of the Bank’s branches, ensuring that banking services are delivered efficiently and in line with the Bank’s policies. The Manager will oversee the execution of banking transactions, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the overall management of branch operations. This position is critical to ensuring the Bank’s smooth operations and high-quality customer service. The role is based at Finfinne branches, and the position is permanent after the probation period.
