Shangi Furniture is looking for an experienced Marketing and Sales Department Manager to lead its marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans, managing sales teams, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Applicants should hold a first degree in Marketing Management, Sales Management, Management, or Economics, with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, including two years in a managerial role. Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and a visionary mindset are essential for this position. The ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven strategies will be key to success.

This position reports directly to the Service Deputy General Manager and is based in Addis Ababa. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Human Resource Assistant

The company seeks a Human Resource Assistant who will support the recruitment, training, and overall development of its workforce. This role requires someone who can manage onboarding processes, mediate employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Candidates should have at least a TVET Level II qualification in a related field, coupled with two years of experience.
