Position 1: Branch Cashier
The Branch Cashier is responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the accuracy and security of branch funds.
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: Level IV and zero year experience

Position 2: Branch Accountant
The Branch Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA and Zero year experience.

Position 3: Customer Service Officer

Position 5: Company Secretary
The Company Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, maintaining company records, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: Level IV and zero year experience

Position 6: MIS/IT Senior Officer
The MIS/IT Senior Officer is responsible for managing the institution’s information technology infrastructure, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, and providing technical support to staff.
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA and 3 year experience at least 1 year in microfinance or banking sector.
Field of Study: Information Technology or Management Information System or related.

Position 7: Human Resource Junior Officer
The Human Resource Junior Officer is responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA and zero year experience.
Field of Study: Preferably Hunan resource Management and any related field

Position 8: Internal Auditor Senior Officer
The Internal Auditor Senior Officer is responsible for conducting internal audits, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA/MA 5 years for BA and 4 years for MA with relevant experience at least 2 years in microfinance or banking sector at senior level or above.

Position 9: Finance Manager
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the institution’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and treasury management.
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA/MA 6 years for BA and 4 years for MA with relevant experience at least 3 years in microfinance or banking sector at senior level or above.
Field of Study: Accounting & finance, Accounting & related field of study. IFRS experience and training is Mandatory.

Position 10: Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the institution’s operations, including loan disbursement, loan collection, and branch management.
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA/MA 6 years for BA and 4 years for MA with relevant experience at least 3 years in microfinance or banking sector at senior level or above.
Field of Study: Management, Accounting, Economics, and related field of study.
