Business Intelligence (Power BI)
Safaricom Ethiopia is searching for a skilled Business Intelligence (Power BI) professional to design, develop, and maintain advanced data solutions. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting data analytics platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the seamless integration of business intelligence tools into the company’s operations.
A critical aspect of this role is developing and maintaining Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using Microsoft SSIS while generating insightful reports from Oracle databases and other data sources. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring that data is presented in an accessible and actionable format. The role demands 24/7 availability, and the selected candidate will be required to work on shifts when necessary.

Expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, and engineered systems is highly desirable, as is experience with Linux/Unix and Windows server environments.
