The Programme Adviser will work closely with the Embassy’s bilateral team, helping to ensure that Norway’s goals in Ethiopia are achieved. Essential Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate for the Programme Adviser position will hold a higher university degree in a relevant discipline. Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience in project cycle management, including skills in results management, financial management, auditing, and monitoring and evaluation. Knowledge of the operational frameworks for government, civil society, and multilateral organizations in Ethiopia is crucial, as the Programme Adviser will need to navigate these sectors to ensure successful program implementation.
In addition to technical expertise, candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and efficiently.
