PSI seeks to recruit Youth Innovation Champions (YIC) from Ethiopia’s 11 regions, including Afar, Tigray, Sidama, and Somali. Applicants should possess at least a high school education (Grade 10 or 12), be fluent in their regional language, and have a strong connection to their local cultural context.
Youth Innovation Champions will play a pivotal role in collaborating with PSI’s youth engagement advisors. Their responsibilities include conducting formative research, collecting data, and actively participating in program design.
