Position 1: Specialist, Procurement

PSI Ethiopia is seeking a highly qualified Specialist in Procurement to manage cost-effective and transparent procurement activities. This role requires strong leadership in overseeing procurement plans, ensuring the adherence to organizational standards, and managing contract negotiations for various health-related projects.

The Specialist will play a critical role in preparing and reviewing bid documents, managing contractor relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in analyzing procurement data and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. A strong command of procurement management in public health or related sectors is essential for success in this position.

Candidates with at least six years of experience in procurement management, especially within the context of construction projects and public sector programs, are highly encouraged to apply. Position 2: Manager, WASH Market Development

Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, microenterprise development, and project coordination are ideal for this role.
