Position: Assistant Customer Experience Officer

The Assistant Customer Experience Officer will support the development and implementation of strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints, gathering customer feedback, and assisting in the analysis of customer data to identify areas for improvement. The Assistant Customer Experience Officer will also contribute to the training and development of customer service staff and ensure that all customer interactions are conducted in a professional and courteous manner. Qualification and Experience Requirements

No prior work experience is required; however, candidates must be no older than 35 years of age.
