Position 1: Attorney
This role is crucial for providing legal guidance and support to Nib International Bank’s operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts, providing legal advice to management, and representing the bank in legal proceedings. Your duties also include conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. A strong understanding of Ethiopian law, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to work independently are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a highly ethical and detail-oriented individual who can provide sound legal advice and protect the bank’s interests.
Educational Qualification: LLB Degree in Law
Work Experience & Required Skills: 4 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years as Associate Attorney

Position 2: Senior Solution Developer
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative banking solutions that enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency. As a Senior Solution Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software applications that support the bank’s business objectives. Your duties also include collaborating with business analysts, testing software applications, and providing technical support. A strong understanding of software development principles, excellent programming skills, and a proven ability to work in a team environment are essential for success in this role.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 5 years of relevant work experience of which 1 year as Solution Developer or Software Developer.
Salary: Per the Salary Scale of the Bank and attractive fringe benefits.
