Director, Digital Banking Business and Fintech Management

This role is based at the bank’s Head Office in Addis Ababa and focuses on driving the bank’s digital banking strategies and fintech operations. The Director will oversee the development and implementation of innovative digital banking products and services, ensuring the bank remains competitive in the ever-evolving financial technology landscape.

To qualify, candidates must hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking and Finance, Public Administration, Economics, or related fields. Additionally, applicants should have 11 years (for Master’s degree holders) or 13 years (for Bachelor’s degree holders) of banking experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in a division manager role specifically related to digital banking operations. Director, Addis Ababa District Office

The Director for the Addis Ababa District Office will be responsible for managing and supervising the bank’s operations within the Addis Ababa region. The role involves overseeing branch performance, ensuring adherence to operational standards, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and financial growth.

Candidates interested in this position must possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking and Finance, Public Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. They should also have a minimum of 11 years (Master’s degree holders) or 13 years (Bachelor’s degree holders) of banking experience, including 3 to 5 years in senior management positions such as Division Manager, Special Branch Manager, or equivalent. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening the bank’s operations within Ethiopia’s capital.

Director, Hawassa District Office

Located in the vibrant city of Hawassa, this position involves managing the bank’s activities in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples’ Region (SNNPR). The Director will oversee branch operations, implement strategic goals, and ensure that the district aligns with the bank’s overall objectives.

Applicants should hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking and Finance, Public Administration, Economics, or related fields. Similar to the other roles, candidates must have 11 years (Master’s degree holders) or 13 years (Bachelor’s degree holders) of banking experience, including 3 to 5 years in senior management roles.
