Role Overview

The CFRM Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring accountability to beneficiaries, communities, and donors by managing PIN’s Community Feedback and Response Mechanism in Ethiopia. This system is vital for addressing feedback, complaints, suggestions, and queries from project participants, with a particular focus on emergency (EM) projects. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including program teams, field staff, and community members, to establish effective communication channels and integrate CFRM principles into all programs.

Key Responsibilities

As a CFRM Officer, you will support the establishment and strengthening of the CFRM system in PIN’s Emergency Projects. This involves ensuring that communication tools are accessible and user-friendly for beneficiaries. In addition to managing CFRM channels such as hotline numbers, suggestion boxes, and emails, you will ensure the confidentiality of all reported cases and adhere to PIN’s policies and protocols. Reporting and case communication will also be a critical aspect of your role, requiring you to provide insights to program teams for adaptive programming.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in CFRM or MEAL, coupled with skills in data collection tools like Kobo, will be advantageous.
