NGO Job opportunity with UNDP: Monitoring and Evaluation

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is a globally renowned organization that operates in over 170 countries and territories, tirelessly working to eradicate poverty, reduce inequality, and promote sustainable development. With the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as its guiding framework, UNDP partners with nations to create policies, develop leadership skills, and build institutional capacities to achieve long-term development outcomes.

UNDP’s presence in Ethiopia dates back to 1981, and since then, it has played a pivotal role in supporting the nation’s aspirations for economic growth, democratic governance, and climate-resilient development. Ethiopia’s path toward becoming a peaceful and prosperous middle-income country has not been without challenges, and UNDP has been at the forefront, assisting in the design and implementation of strategic initiatives to overcome these hurdles. By working hand-in-hand with the Government of Ethiopia, UNDP aims to empower communities, foster inclusive growth, and promote sustainability across various sectors.
