Position: Country Director

The role of Country Director at FHI 360 is a critical leadership position, offering a unique opportunity to oversee strategic initiatives and multi-sector projects in Ethiopia. This position is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in international development and a commitment to transformative leadership.

The ideal candidate must hold a Master’s degree or its international equivalent in fields such as Civil Society, Communication, Economic Development, or Health, among others. While Project Management (PM) certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates should have at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in strategic leadership roles. A solid understanding of project management principles, international NGO policies, and multi-sector project implementation is essential.

This position requires exceptional skills in strategic planning, staff development, and navigating complex operational environments. Position: Graphic and Layout Designer

FHI 360 is also seeking a highly skilled Graphic and Layout Designer to enhance its visual communications and branding. This position calls for a creative professional with a passion for design and a proven track record in both print and digital media.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in layout and graphic design. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of layout principles, color theory, typography, and branding guidelines. Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines are critical for success.
