Established in 2002 by the Ethiopian Catholic Church Social and Development Commission (ESC/SADCO) in partnership with the Catholic Relief Service/Ethiopia (CRS), MMFI has grown to become a leading microfinance institution with a strong focus on empowering women and addressing financial needs in both urban and rural areas. To further enhance our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Branch Manager I at our Wolayita Sodo branch.

Job Requirements:

Applicants for the Branch Manager I position must meet the following qualifications:

  • Qualification: A minimum of a BA or BSc degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Agribusiness, or related fields of study is required.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a managerial role within the microfinance or financial services sector.

This role demands a candidate with strong leadership and organizational abilities, who can manage the operations of the branch efficiently while ensuring high levels of service quality. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to foster a collaborative and empowering work environment.
