Job Requirements:
Applicants for the Branch Manager I position must meet the following qualifications:
- Qualification: A minimum of a BA or BSc degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Agribusiness, or related fields of study is required.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a managerial role within the microfinance or financial services sector.
This role demands a candidate with strong leadership and organizational abilities, who can manage the operations of the branch efficiently while ensuring high levels of service quality.
