Hygiene Promotion Officer
The Hygiene Promotion Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the success of MTI’s WASH and cholera outbreak response programs. This position requires active engagement in risk communication and community outreach efforts, as well as coordination with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include capacity-building for community health workers, organizing hygiene promotion campaigns, and facilitating training for environmental health agents.
Applicants must hold a university degree in Environmental Health Science, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field. A minimum of two years of experience in environmental health or WASH-related tasks is required, along with strong communication skills in Tigrigna, Amharic, and English.
