Manager, Business Development & Marketing Division
Lucy Insurance is looking for a qualified Manager for the Business Development & Marketing Division to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of its business development and marketing strategies. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing marketing initiatives, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. The role requires a deep understanding of the market and the ability to develop effective strategies that can position Lucy Insurance as a leader in the industry.
Candidates applying for this position must hold a BA degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or a closely related field from a recognized higher learning institution. Manager, Engineering Services
The role of Manager, Engineering Services is critical to Lucy Insurance’s ongoing efforts to enhance its service offerings, especially in the area of engineering and technical services. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of engineering services, including the evaluation and valuation of insurance claims related to engineering risks. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the engineering team, ensuring that all technical assessments and services meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a BA/BSc degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering) or a related field of study from a recognized institution. The role requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in valuation, evaluation, or surveying, particularly in the context of engineering-related insurance services. The Manager, Engineering Services, will be expected to lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support while ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role also requires a strong technical background and the ability to solve complex problems related to engineering assessments within the insurance industry.
