Digital Marketing & Promotion Officer I

Lucy Insurance S.C. is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Promotion Officer I to join its dynamic team in Addis Ababa. This full-time position offers an opportunity for candidates with a strong background in marketing, management, and statistics, as well as a mandatory certificate in graphic design.

Applicants must possess a BA/BSc degree in Economics, Management, Marketing Management, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized institution. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required for this role, with experience in digital marketing platforms and promotional activities being an added advantage.

As a Digital Marketing & Promotion Officer I, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and managing Lucy Insurance’s online presence, creating engaging marketing content, and ensuring a seamless communication strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives. The role will require close collaboration with the HR and Logistics Department and other internal teams to drive brand awareness and customer engagement through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing & Promotion Officer I will be responsible for a range of duties, including the following:
