Additionally, candidates with a diploma in insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA) will have an added advantage.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the insurance sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity directly reporting to a CEO or DCEO. This role demands strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to oversee complex operations.
