Available Positions
Position 1: Branch Manager IV
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the marketing activities of all staff within the branch, ensuring the effective utilization of the customer relationship management system, and delivering financial service products to current and potential customers. The Branch Manager strives to meet the branch’s allotted budget and performance goals.
Job Requirements for Branch Manager IV
Candidates must possess a Masters or First Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience is required for Masters degree holders, and 9 years for First degree holders, with 3-4 years in a supervisory position. Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law, financial management, and bank policies is essential, along with strong coordination, communication, and computer application skills. The place of assignment is Yeka Branch (Addis Ababa).
Position 2: Administrative Assistant
This role provides administrative support to the assigned unit, including typing documents, managing telephone calls, and maintaining records.
Job Requirements for Administrative Assistant
Applicants should hold a Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Administrative Office & Secretarial Technology, or Customer Contract & Secretarial Operations Coordination. One year of experience in secretarial jobs is required, along with basic knowledge of office management practices, interpersonal skills, and computer software applications. The place of assignment is the Head Office.
Position 3: Manager – Branding & Digital Marketing Division (Re-advertised)
This role is responsible for analyzing market trends, optimizing digital campaigns, improving online visibility and engagement, driving brand awareness, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization in the digital landscape.

Candidates must possess a Masters or First Degree in Journalism, English literature, Management, or related fields. A minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience is required for Masters degree holders, and 9 years for First degree holders, with 3-4 years in supervisory positions. Proven experience in a management or leadership role within the Banking industry is essential, along with strong knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and industry trends. Excellent leadership, managerial, communication, and analytical skills are required. The place of assignment is the Head Office, Marketing Communication Department.
