Junior Export Documentation Officer
Kerchanshe Trading is looking for a Junior Export Documentation Officer to join its team in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This role is responsible for supporting the documentation process, ensuring that export records are accurately maintained, and assisting with regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will work closely with senior team members to facilitate the efficient processing of export documents, contributing to the seamless shipment of Ethiopian coffee to international buyers.
The responsibilities of this position include managing and organizing documentation related to coffee exports, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and verifying the integrity of records. The officer will assist in recording formal documents in the company’s database, responding to information requests, and conducting daily document monitoring.
