Senior Operation Officer
Kefeta Microfinance is seeking a highly qualified Senior Operation Officer to join its team at the Head Office in Addis Ababa. This role demands a professional with a strong background in business administration, management, economics, accounting, finance, or a related field. As a Senior Operation Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization’s services, ensuring that all activities align with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The successful candidate for this role must possess a MA/BA in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or a similar discipline. In addition to the academic qualifications, applicants must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role in the microfinance or financial services industry. As a Saving Officer, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the savings accounts of clients, ensuring that services are provided efficiently and that customers are supported in achieving their financial goals. You will be working directly with clients, offering financial products that meet their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Applicants for this position must hold a BA degree or Level IV/Diploma in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or a related field. Additionally, candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in the microfinance industry or a similar financial services sector. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess an LLM/LLB degree in Law with a strong background in handling court cases. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in court case handling, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a legal capacity. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for advising the company on a range of legal issues, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory matters. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the organization while ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
