Qualifications:

Proven experience in color consulting or a related field is required, and experience in interior design and marketing is a plus. Marketing Representative – Driving Brand Awareness
Kadisco Paint is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Representative to promote its products and services and drive brand awareness. As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and building relationships with customers and partners. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting Kadisco’s brand. The role will involve a variety of marketing related activities.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or a business-related field from a recognized University. Additional education or certification in sales and marketing is a plus. 0-2 years of experience in a marketing role is required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of brand and product management, communication and sales promotion, and strong analytical skills. Experience in consumer research and insights is also desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B or B2C sales and marketing is preferred. Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising is also highly desirable. Knowledge of marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager is a plus. The ability to work in a matrix structure, learning and adapting from other AP Global units and coordinating with Central Marketing, will be a key requirement.
