Position 1: Billing – Intern

Kadisco Paint is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the accounting and finance functions of a leading manufacturing company. The Billing Intern will assist in various billing-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes.

This role will involve assisting with the preparation and processing of invoices, reconciling accounts, and resolving billing discrepancies. The Billing Intern will also assist with data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks as needed. This internship provides an opportunity to develop your skills in billing, accounting, and finance, while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft computer applications like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent color theory knowledge
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Position 2: Color Consultant

Kadisco Paint is seeking a creative and customer-focused Color Consultant to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers on color selection for their projects. The Color Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and aesthetic goals, and recommend colors that will enhance their spaces and achieve their desired outcomes.

This role will involve conducting consultations with clients, either in person or remotely, to discuss their projects and offer personalized color recommendations. The Color Consultant will also stay up-to-date on the latest color trends, attend industry events, and participate in marketing activities to promote Kadisco Paint’s color consulting services. This position provides an opportunity to leverage your creativity, communication skills, and color expertise to help our customers transform their spaces with the perfect colors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with Marketing Management, Business Administration, Business Management, any other related field from a recognized University
  • Proven experience in color consulting or a related field, experience in interior design and marketing is a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft computer applications like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.

Position 3: Engineering Head

Kadisco Paint is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Head to lead our engineering and maintenance team. The Engineering Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our engineering operations, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our equipment and facilities. This is a critical leadership role that requires a strong technical background, excellent management skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

This role will involve developing and implementing engineering strategies, managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The Engineering Head will also be responsible for managing the engineering budget, selecting and managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations. This position provides an opportunity to lead a team of skilled engineers and contribute to the success of a leading manufacturing company.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with major in Electrical/ Mechanical.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in reputed organizations in engineering and maintenance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with IMS such as ISO-9001, ISO-14001, ISO-45001.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as 5-S, Kaizen and CILT.
  • Understanding of MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate and follow up with quality assurance, production departments, and planning teams.
  • Experience in supplier selection and pricing negotiations for machine spares.
  • Proficiency in managing information and quotes from vendors.
  • Vendor evaluation based on their quality, delivery and service (QCD).
  • Responsible for making order schedule for machine spares.
  • Strong working knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and TQM (Total Quality Management) principles.
