Billing Intern
As a Billing Intern at Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry SC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and finance teams by ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include taking sales orders from the sales team, dealers, and direct customers, as well as generating proforma invoices and maintaining precise billing records. You will also be responsible for entering orders into the company’s SAP system and raising invoices, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately.
In addition to these tasks, you will interact with both internal and external customers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring that all stakeholders receive accurate and timely information. Upholding the company’s policies and maintaining a high level of integrity will be central to your role. You will report directly to the Sales Supervisor, who will provide guidance and support as you navigate your responsibilities. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for the Billing Intern position, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook is essential, as is a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Familiarity with color theory and a keen eye for detail will be advantageous in this role.
