Guest Service Representative (GSR) Position at Jupiter Hotel
As a Guest Service Representative (GSR) at Jupiter Hotel, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service, efficiently manage reservations, and assist with the check-in and check-out processes. Your key responsibilities will include greeting and assisting guests with a friendly and professional welcome, managing reservations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out, processing payments, handling room sales, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, and maintaining a professional and hospitable front desk environment. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for an exceptional guest stay.
Qualifications and Skills Required
