Position: Management Trainee
ZamZam Bank is looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join its Management Trainee program. This role requires a strong academic background, professional experience, and a commitment to the principles of interest-free banking.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants for the Management Trainee position must hold a Master’s degree (MA or MBA) in Economics, Management, Accounting, Computer Science, IT, or related fields. The Bank is seeking candidates under the age of 35 with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
In addition to academic credentials, applicants should have at least two years of work experience in a recognized organization. Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) principles is considered an advantage, although not mandatory.
