Manager, Human Capital Center of Excellence Division
As the Manager of the Human Capital (HC) Center of Excellence Division, you will oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of human capital management initiatives within the institution. This role is critical for driving organizational excellence by cultivating a workforce that is skilled, motivated, and aligned with VisionFund’s mission.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must hold an MBA, MA, or BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related fields. A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience is required for master’s degree holders, while those with a bachelor’s degree must have at least 9 years of experience. At least 3 years of this experience should be in a senior position, preferably within microfinance institutions (MFIs) or banks.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent planning and decision-making abilities, and a firm belief in teamwork and gender equality. Proficiency in computer applications is essential for success in this role.

Director, Resource Mobilization and Customer Service Department
The Director of Resource Mobilization and Customer Service Department will play a key role in ensuring the institution’s growth and sustainability. This position involves planning, organizing, and supervising resource mobilization activities while also inspiring staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should possess an MBA, MA, or BA degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required for master’s degree holders, and 10 years for bachelor’s degree holders, with at least 4 years in a managerial role, preferably in MFIs or banks.
Candidates must demonstrate leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to promote a team-oriented culture. Strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to gender equality are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent written and oral communication skills are also required.
