This role involves conducting market surveys, organizing focus group discussions with prospective savers, and actively marketing the institution’s deposit products and services. The officer will also provide technical assistance to branches, ensuring fast and quality customer service while adhering to established policies.

Applicants for this position must hold an MA/MBA/BA in Management, Banking, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, with at least five to seven years of relevant work experience. A strong understanding of saving principles, data analysis techniques, and VisionFund’s saving policies is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with the ability to train, mentor, and coach team members.
