Marketing Manager
The position of Marketing Manager at Transsion Manufacturing PLC is a dynamic role that offers the chance to lead and implement impactful marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategies, and driving a high return on investment (ROI) for each campaign. This includes planning and executing advertising efforts across multiple platforms such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards.
Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with 5 to 7 years of professional experience in marketing roles. Of this experience, 2 to 3 years must have been in a managerial position, demonstrating a strong understanding of marketing strategy, creative development, and campaign management.
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and developing integrated marketing strategies for all company brands. This involves leading the execution of promotional campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and monitoring the effectiveness of each initiative. You will also oversee market research activities to identify opportunities for growth and negotiate advertising contracts to maximize value for the company.
Key Responsibilities
