Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be Ethiopian citizens with a demonstrated passion for public service. Only fresh graduates from 2023 (2015 E.C.) or 2024 (2016 E.C.) from accredited institutions are eligible.
A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required, reflecting superior academic achievement. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Architecture, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Literature, Communication, Journalism, International Relations, or related disciplines.
