Admin Assistant (Community Engagement)
ICS is seeking a dynamic and motivated Admin Assistant to join their community engagement team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about education and community building. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering meaningful connections within the ICS community.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in both English and Amharic is required, and familiarity with G Suite and other relevant software is highly advantageous. A background in customer service or administrative roles will be considered a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities
As an Admin Assistant, your responsibilities will include managing alumni relations, receptionist duties, and providing administrative support to various teams. In alumni relations, you will oversee the alumni database, assist with outreach efforts, and support the organization of alumni events.
Receptionist duties will involve greeting visitors, answering phone calls professionally, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. Additionally, you will provide administrative support through tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and assisting the Admissions and Communications teams.
