AI-Based Digital Marketing Specialist

You will use advanced AI tools to create personalized customer interactions, generate SEO-optimized content, and automate marketing processes. TAF Oil PLC is also seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. This role demands a professional with extensive experience in construction management and a strong understanding of engineering principles. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project quantities, reviewing technical drawings, and supervising permanent engineers to ensure compliance with specifications.
Your duties will include preparing bill of quantities, project schedules, and cost breakdowns. You will also quantify executed works, prepare payment certificates, and develop detailed progress reports. Additionally, you will design architectural, structural, electrical, and sanitary drawings while ensuring all construction activities comply with quality and safety regulations. Your ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams will be critical to the success of this role.
Candidates for this position must hold a BSc degree in Civil Engineering and have at least five years of proven experience in construction and construction management. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, building products, and relevant regulations is required. Proficiency in construction management software and strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with diverse teams. Leadership, time management, and organizational skills are also crucial for keeping projects on schedule.
