Female Field Officer

PIN invites qualified professionals to apply for the position of Female Field Officer. This role is based in Bulehora and Yabello, Oromia Region, with frequent travel to various project sites. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the implementation and management of PIN’s programs.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must have a background in fields such as Education & TVETs Development, Sociology, Social Work, Partnership Development, Rural Development, Business Administration, Developmental Economics, or Market Systems Development. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in EU project management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and donor communications is required.

Candidates should possess strong networking, representation, coordination, and negotiation skills. Fluency in Amharic, Oromiffa, and English is essential for effective communication. The role also demands the ability to work under stress, along with excellent reporting and documentation capabilities.

The Field Officer position is a fixed-term role, with a contract running until December 31, 2027. The monthly salary for this position is 33,478 ETB.

Female Field Coordinator

PIN is also seeking qualified applicants for the position of Female Field Coordinator. Based in Bulehora and Yabello, Oromia Region, this position involves oversight of program implementation, coordination with stakeholders, and strategic leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must hold a degree in Management, Education & TVETs Development, Sociology, Social Work, Rural Development, Economics, or Market Systems Development. A minimum of five years of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, EU-funded initiatives, and partnership development is required.

The ideal candidate will have advanced planning, coordination, and reporting skills, along with proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Fluency in Amharic, Oromiffa, and English is necessary, as is the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

The Field Coordinator position is also a fixed-term role, with a contract until December 31, 2027. The monthly salary for this position is 52,745 ETB.
