E-learning Facilitator
Hope for Children is looking for an innovative E-learning Facilitator to guide students in accessing and mastering digital learning resources. In this role, you will provide tailored advice and support, ensuring that students benefit from diverse educational formats, including digital platforms and interactive classroom experiences. The role requires excellent digital skills and the ability to inspire students through the use of technology in learning.
Your key responsibilities will include creating and managing online learning environments, developing e-learning programs, and facilitating activities such as computer clubs and STEAM sessions. Monitoring student progress and improving digital literacy are central to the role, alongside driving innovation through emerging technologies. Applicants must possess a BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with over three years of experience in the sector.

ICT Support Officer
Hope for Children is also hiring an ICT Support Officer who will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the organization’s technology systems. As an ICT Support Officer, you will implement effective IT solutions, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the security and privacy of network systems. Your role will also involve training staff and students, managing IT equipment, and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software.
The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with more than three years of experience. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage computer labs effectively are essential. You will also introduce age-appropriate restrictions for online resources, ensuring the safe and productive use of IT systems.
